Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs when returning items. Unfortunately, shipping costs are non-refundable, and a €5 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equivalent to the value of your return. If the item was not marked as a gift, or if it was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the gift giver instead. We value your satisfaction, whether the item was a gift or a direct purchase, and we will work with you to ensure the return process is smooth and hassle-free.
