INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: Cut out the tattoo, remove protective sheet and press tattoo face down on skin. Press damp cloth to back for about 20 seconds. Gently peel off paper. If image hasn’t transferred. Press down and wet again. Once backing paper is removed, you are tattooed. To remove, wash with warm, soapy water, some rubbing may be necessary.
